"The early bird catches the worm” is a motto that we have always adhered to and, therefore, we devote a lot of energy to the breakfast of our guests, both in preparation and presentation; it is the magic moment where delighting the palate and the spirit while waking up prepares us to face a new and serene day of vacation.
Early in the morning, at dawn during the summer and while outside is still pitch black in the winter season, we cook our daily bread, croissants, bundles with fresh seasonal fruit, pizzas with our tomato sauce, savory pies with vegetables from the kitchen garden, biscuits made with grandma's recipe and the special daily cake; we also prepare seasonal fresh fruit salad, various types of cereals, muesli, yogurt, homemade jams, local honey, fruit juice, coffee, milk and tea of different varieties.
We pay special attention to the guests that must follow diets due health issues (food allergies and intolerances) and for them we cook custom-made meals.
