Our cooking lessons, which take place in the farmhouse kitchen and involve the maximum participation of 8 people, are divided into a theoretical part, where we teach you to recognize the quality raw material and read the labels of food and raw materials that you buy, and a practical part, where together we cook a complete meal (a first course, a second course, a side dish of vegetables and a dessert) to be made by processing only fresh and seasonal ingredients, in a maximum time of 2 hours and a half .
With humility and simplicity, we want to transmit our cooking experience and make sure that everything you learn in Marciano can be easily repeatable even when you return home. The lesson ends with the tasting of dishes prepared in combination with our wines, because "good food and good wine" are an inseparable combination for the well-being of the mind and body.
