Bookings

In order to secure your booking for our rooms, we require a deposit of 30% of the rental cost to be paid by Postal Money Order, by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
The balance of 70% is to be paid on departure form the property.

Cancellation Terms

Here is our cancellation policy:

until 30 days before the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, with no further loss;
from 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded, with no further loss;
from 15 days to 2 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 50% of the rental cost could apply;
from 2 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the rental cost could apply.

Shortening the period of your stay will be considered a cancellation.
In case of no show or advanced departure, the deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the rental cost could apply.

Deposit not refunded, only if not subject to cancellation fees, can be used for a future stay at Agriturismo Marciano (if available) within 6 months from cancellation..

Penalties applied for the cancellation policy will not be refunded
