Healthy mind in healthy body is the old saying from which we draw inspiration when we enter in the kitchen, because only a high-quality diet, based on products derived from sustainable agriculture, can guarantee us both physical and mental well-being. Faithful to this philosophy, at the Agriturismo Marciano all dishes are cooked with care, starting from raw materials selected at the origin, analyzing the provenance and ethical principles with which they are obtained, the production systems and, when possible, direct knowledge of the breeder or farmer.
Fortunately, most of the raw materials used (vegetables, wine and oil) are produced by us and therefore the control over the supply chain is total.
We want the food and wine served at our table to be a sensory and organoleptic experience capable of arousing a pleasant emotion in our guest, but, at the same time, putting the accent on all the environmental sustainability criteria necessary to live well our present and build a better future for us and for the new generations..
Each course is served in combination with a different wine of our production, in combination with each course on the menu.
For all those affected by food intolerances and / or allergies will be our care (prior notice) to prepare special menus, compatible with allergies or allergies food.
Dinner is served at the large communal table, in the kitchen, where we exchange experiences, impressions and a good laugh with guests from all over the world.
