Saturday:
Arrival by airplain of train in Florence
Transfer from Florence to Siena. Dinner in firm with the official presentation of the weekly program.
Overnighting in firm

Sunday:
breakfast in firm
Morning: visit to Marciano’s holding
Introduction to the Tuscan vinification and its oenology
Lunch in firm
Afternoon: visit to San Galgano’ Abbey
Dinner in firm: at the discovery of Chianti wines with tasting of two Colli Senesi.

Monday:
Breakfast
Leaving for San Gimignano: visit to a viticulture firm with a vertical tasting of San Gimignano’s Vernaccia
Brunch en plein air.
Afternoon: visit to San Gimignano and Monteriggioni
Dinner in firm with couplings meal-Vernaccia.
Overnighting in firm

Tuesday:
Breakfast in firm
Leaving for the Chianti Classico area
Visit to Gaiole, Radda and others vineyards
Brunch en plein air
05,00 p.m.: return to the firm
06,00 p.m.: introduction to the Chianti Classico and tasting with an escort of 3 different kinds of Chianti
Dinner in firm with couplings meal-Chianti Classico

Visit to the Sienna’s popular market
Lunch in a typical Siennese tavern

Visit to a firm peoducing Nobile
Lunch in a typical tavern
Afternoon: visit to Montepulciano and Pienza
Dinner with guided tasting of nobile
